"A short two minute film, highlighting the concerns of local kiwis, that our government is selling off mining rights to foreign owned mining companies, who want to strip mine our seabed. Destroying our beautiful country for short term gain. This film and it's soundtrack was created for free by a community (RAGLAN, NZ) that cares more about this beautiful country than money. Thank you to, Josh Kronfeld, Antonio Maioha, Daniel Kereopa, Peggy Oki, Dave Rastovich, and members of the local Raglan community for giving your time and effort."

P.S THIS IS THE LETTER I WROTE TO MR KEY....
I'm not incredibly articulate, but I feel that it is vital to get ANY message out there!! To all readers; feel free to copy and paste my letter, or use it as a guide to write your own! :-) Arohanui xoxo
Mr Key,
Im going to keep this nice and simple.
Your plan for New Zealand is so short sighted and selling off our assets is only going to 'solve' the problem for a very limited time... and then what are we left with?
Environmental devastation and depleted natural resources. Great. What kind of future does that provide us?
There are incredible people out there who have worked damn hard to ensure that our natural resources are looked after and are regenerating. For example, Raglans Whaingaroa Harbour Care have worked tirelessly to bring life back into the waters of Whaingaroa; planting over 1 million native trees along streams and harbour edges, to stop sediment runoff from land and improve water quality. This is just one group of people who are striving to ensure a future for the next generations.
What are you doing for YOUR people?
What you are planning is not aligned with these efforts and the efforts of so many other New Zealanders.
